Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
1. Introduction
The Achievers University Journal of Engineering and Innovation Research (AUJEIR) is a peer-reviewed platform dedicated to high-quality research in engineering, applied sciences, and technological innovation.
Submission Policy: All manuscripts must be original, previously unpublished, and not currently under consideration by any other journal.
2. Manuscript Specifications
Language: All submissions must be written in clear, academic English.
Word Count/Length: Please adhere to the following limits:

3. Manuscript Structure
To maintain consistency, please organize your submission into the following sections:
- Title: Concise and descriptive of the research content.
- Author Information:
- Full names of all authors.
- Institutional affiliations and country.
- Email address of the corresponding author.

- Abstract: (150 – 250 words) Must summarize the research problem, methodology, key findings, and original contribution.
- Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords for indexing (e.g., Nanofluid, Natural Convection, Heat Transfer, Optimization).
- Introduction: Detail the background, problem statement, research objectives, and study significance.
- Literature Review: Discuss relevant previous research and clearly identify the research gaps your work addresses.
- Methodology: Explain the research design, mathematical models, experimental setups, and algorithms/simulations used.
- Results and Discussion: Present findings using clear tables and figures. Discuss the implications and compare results with previous studies.
- Conclusion: Summarize primary findings and the practical/theoretical contributions.
- References: AUJEIR strictly follows the IEEE referencing style.

4. Figures and Tables
Figures: Must be high-resolution and clearly labeled below the image (e.g., Figure 1: Experimental Setup).
Tables: Captions must be placed above the table.
Quality: Ensure all text within graphics is legible at 100% zoom.
5. Ethical Policies
Plagiarism: All manuscripts undergo rigorous screening. AUJEIR maintains a strict maximum allowed similarity index of 15%.
Article Processing Charges (APC): AUJEIR may charge an APC to support the open-access publication process. Specific fee details will be provided upon acceptance.
